At BrightPro Media, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. However, if you wish to cancel your service, please review our cancellation policy below:
Notice of Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hi@brightpromedia.com at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Refunds: Cancellations made within the first 14 days of service may be eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for any ongoing services.
Ongoing Contracts: For services with a fixed-term contract, early cancellations may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining contract balance.
Termination: Upon successful cancellation, services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
